Dubai residents can apply for entry permit approval for coming back to Dubai before their departure as the permit has the validity for 30 days, an official at the GDRFA Dubai (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai, said in an interview with Gulf News on Wednesday.
