The UAE's Green Pass protocol has been initiated for federal government offices, it was reported on Sunday.

With effect from January 3, 2022, entry of people to the above offices is confined to individuals who have taken two doses of a UAE approved Covid-19 vaccine and booster shots (if eligible).

A negative PCR test result is required every 14 days to keep up with the green status on AlHosn application.

The Covid safety protocol is appropriate to the workers and residents looking for federal government driven services.

The individuals who are excluded from inoculation on clinical grounds should take a PCR test at regular intervals of 7 days to keep their green status active.

Kids younger than 16 are excluded from the Green Pass protocol.

Inability to step through the PCR check occasionally will change the green status becoming grey. Such people won't be permitted admittance to federal government offices.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention focused on the significance of accepting the booster vaccine immunization shots as new Covid variations spread all over the world.

Fully vaccinated people are qualified to get the booster shots six months after receiving their second dose.
