Ajman police announce 50 percent discount on traffic fines

Ajman police announced the details of 50 percentage discount on traffic fines at end of year 2021 to mark the UAE's 50th anniversary.

The fine reduction scheme, will be started on November 21 and ends on December 31, has the options to cancel black points and vehicle confiscation orders.

Most of the traffic offences happened in Ajman are eligible for the discount.

“The decision, based on directions from Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, means all traffic offences committed in the emirate are eligible for the discount,” said Maj Gen Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, commander-in-chief of Ajman Police.

The Commander in Chief said that the motorists who receive the discounts on fines can pay them on the Ministry of Interior app or website, Ajman Police app or on other online channels.

“The people who recieve fines can also pay them personally at the police stations in Ajman”.
