Those waiting to return home on flights from the UAE will no longer have to wait at the Embassy or wait to receive call from Air India.
1. Tickets can be booked through www.airindiaexpress.in
2. Book in person at Air India Express Booking Offices (Arabian Travel Agency).
Arabian Travel Agency is the general sales agent of Air India and has branches in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Ajman.
3. You can book from other authorized Air India Express booking agents in UAE.
The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi said ticket bookings will be on a first come first serve basis
Bookings started at 7pm (28.06.2020) UAE time.
This applies to the fourth stage flight from July 3-14.
The ticket is issued only for those who have registered their names on the website of the Embassy of India.
The Vande Bharat Mission started by Indian government to help stranded Indian citizens to return back home. As of now 364,209 Indians from more than 50 countries across 5 continents has reached India while the mission started on May 6 is in its seventh week.
