Once your work permit and residence visa in UAE is cancelled, you will have up to 30 days (not exact 1 month) to exit from the country.

If you haven’t went outside the UAE then you will be fined AED.25 per day for the first 6 months (180 days), AED.50 per day for the next 6 months (180 days) and AED.100 per day after 360 days from the visa cancellation date.

  1. good day, im the sponsor of my baby, ive got a new job to other company, what best step i will do? to put onhold the visa of my baby while waiting for my new visa? or to transfer the sponsorship under my husband visa?

  2. My labour card expires on 5th Feb and visa expires only on 16th March.
    From when will my grace period start?

  4. if my grace period is going to finish on 31st of march
    and my new company will start to process my new visa around 24th march, will i get in a trouble for stayin more than 31st march in uae? as my new visa process will take about 2 weeks and will be after 31st march for sure

    i Asad abdul azizi MY VISA cancelled laborer in 26/03/2016 and immigration canceled on 06/04/2016. so which date i have to consider for leaving uae ..
