How to Receive a driving license held by police or court

In some times the driving license might be confiscated by the Ras Khaimah police and submitted to courts if the individual is part of a criminal case. In such situations the request has to be submitted by the concerned person to the authorities to receive his confiscated items in a criminal case.

Below procedure explains the same if the driving license was held or on hold or on security in Ras Al Khaimah.

Step 1

Login as a registered user on RAK.ae, or use the service directly as unregistered guest user by clicking on "Start Service"

Step 2

Enter all the required fields in the online form and attach all the required documents mentioned below in the provided fields that could support your application, like the Emirates ID and other required documents.

Step 3

Pay the required fees online at rak.ae

Step 4

Collect the requested documents electronically or by coming to the department in certain cases.
