Abu Dhabi: UAE declared on Wednesday that air terminals around the nation would be permitted to operate flights with limitations.

The flights would include just travel, repatriation of expats or return of citizens or residents. 

The declaration was made during Wednesday's COVID-19 press release by Dr Saif Aldhaheri, representative for National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management. 

The decision of suspending traveller flight trips to and from the UAE is still in effect, and just constrained or flights with limitations will be incidentally allowed to evacuate residents and guests who wish to leave the UAE and come back to their Emirate.

He qouted: "The decision to suspend passenger flights to and from the country is still in effect, and only limited flights will be temporarily permitted for the purpose of evacuating residents and visitors who wish to leave the UAE and return to their country."

The carriers permitted to operate these flights are Emirates, Etihad, fly dubai and Air Arabia. These carriers will report flights and timings beginning Thursday, tomorrow. Authorities included that aircraft staff have been prepared and tried and are completely furnished to deal with the adjustment in limitations. 

In the coming days, the national bearers will report the subtleties and methods identified with their exercises, and a far reaching structure and rules have been set up to actualize the necessary measures in all the nation's air terminals and national transporters, to guarantee the security of the travelers on these flights." said Aldhaheri. 

Travel flights would be permitted through Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi air terminals.
