New COVID-19 announcement: increased percent of entry to shopping malls and restaurants

UAE had made new announcements on its Twitter platform @uaegov. As per this declaration the percentage of entry to commercial centers and restaurants has been increased by 60%, taking into account all the precautionary and preventive measures and procedures, while allowing children under the age of 12 and people under the age of 70 to enter the centres and restaurants in all seven Emirates.

The procedures include that the number of customers on the same table does not exceed 4 people, taking into account keeping the safe distance that is not less than 2 meters between the tables and cancelling the waiting areas, in addition to using food items such as plates, spoons, etc. for one time and wearing face masks and gloves and replacing them constantly.

Commitment to apply the requirements and instructions for continuous sterilization procedures, make sure that employees in centers and restaurants are free from Covid 19 and application of physical spacing between workers and consumers, wearing face masks for those aged 4 years and over throughout their stay in the centers and subject to thermal examination upon entry.
