Dubai Health Department regulations for the issuance of birth and death certificates

Dubai: Dubai Health Authority has established regulations to issue birth and death certificates in the emirate, and has requested all health facilities licensed by it to comply with them.

In its circular to the private health facilities in the emirate, the authority confirmed that it is the only body concerned with issuing birth and death certificates that occur in the Emirate of Dubai, with the exception of births and deaths occurring in health facilities affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, and Dubai Medical City, in accordance with the legislation in force for birth registration The deaths.

Birth and death certificates are issued through the DHA system, which is the latest electronic system for customer service, and aims to enable customers to extract birth and death certificates as quickly as possible and in the simplest procedures that are in accordance with the provisions of the applicable rules.

The service of issuing birth and death certificates is provided at the JLT Center for Medical Fitness Services, which is located in the JLT "Red Diamond Building", instead of the existing center located in the office tower in Festival.

The authority confirmed the work of the new circular starting from today, and all health facilities in the Emirate of Dubai must take all necessary measures to ensure full compliance with the provisions contained therein.
