Dewa facilities have been prepared to facilitate a full range of precautionary safety measures to protect the health, wellbeing and safety of customers and employees as they return to work from offices.

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority's (DEWA's) staff communicated their pride on continuing office work and adding to business coherence. They commended DEWA's precautionary measures, which improve their feeling that all is well with the world and safety.

DEWA's offices have been set up as per the best expectations to ensure the wellbeing and safety of workers, clients, and society all in all. The measures incorporate the constant cleansing of DEWA's offices; giving disinfectants, hand sanitisers, facemasks, and gloves.

DEWA has thermal scanner cameras installed at its entrance doors; and executing flexible working hours to restrict congestion when entering or leaving the offices, and has separate dedicated entry and exit doors and to keep careful distance.

DEWA has made agreement with specialised health care provider to perform COVID-19 tests and provide special rooms for isolation quarantine at DEWA’s facilities in case any of the employees show symptoms. In addition, contractors are performing checking of their staff, engineers, and workers at their sites to control any infection being get to DEWA’s supervisors and engineers.
